In our first phase of scanning for success, we asked students in our school four key questions about their learning. With the data collected, we now shift our focus to our staff and want to hear their input as well. For the staff questionnaire, we will modify the questions a bit to align with the staff's point of view. 

1) What does student success look like to you.
2) What are your successes and challenges at McMath?
3) How can we, as a whole, increase students' awareness of the Core Competencies and provide opportunities for them to practice and become proficient?
4) What is it about teaching at McMath that makes you happy?

Our goal is to see if there are any common themes between the staff and student surveys so that we can focus on it and create an action plan.
