The McMath Scholarship Program online application form for 2026 is now open. All grads who meet the basic eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply. The deadline to submit an online application is April 27, 2026 at 4pm. Please note that late submissions will not be accepted. The program application can be accessed on the McMath school website at Student (pull down menu)> Grad 2026> Scholarship Application link or by clicking HERE.

The district authority application form can be found below, to be handed in at the office. There is also a copy of the scholarship application to use for reference before filling out the actual application online as you can not start and stop while filling it out.

ALL GRADS: A FEW FINAL REMINDERS FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION.

1. You must complete the digital on-line application (not the paper)

2. The application is due MONDAY by 4:00 PM. DO NOT leave your application to

the last moment. Complete it and send it as soon as possible. You do not have

to wait for the semester marks. The committee will fill in any missing marks.3. There are 2 parts to the optional District Authority awards Questions 60-65. If

you apply for a District Authority, you MUST complete both parts

a. Part 1: Complete on the application the area which you believe you

excel. Enter the name of the teacher who can verify/confirm your

excellence in this area

b. Part 2: Pick up a District Authority Explanation of Excellence form in the

office or access it on-line. Fill in how you excel in the area, and get the

teacher who can verify/confirm your excellence (the teacher whose

name you entered on the application) to sign. RETURN the form to the

office by Monday, May 4 at 4:00 PM. Fill in only each area you identified

in your application
